We provide API and premium threading of OCTG, ranging in size from 3-1/2” to 20” outside diameter. Tubing and casing threading services encompass bucking, torque turn, saw cutting and full-length drift.

U. S. Steel Oilwell Services – Offshore Operations Houston

All threading services can be performed at U. S. Steel Tubular Products’ state-of-the-art facility in Houston, Texas. The Offshore Operations facility offers API and premium threading services, inspections of OCTG pipe, and pipe storage. The 150-acre facility provides secure storage for customer equipment, as well as a spacious staging area for rig preparation, well returns and pipe maintenance.

PPTS provides quality connections, repairs, accessories and rig site services to customers across the Permian Basin – all backed by best-in-class inside sales, technical sales, customer service and responsiveness.

As a U. S. Steel Tubular Products licensee, PPTS currently offers full length threading of USS-LIBERTY FJM^® flush joint premium connections as well as repair and accessory machining of USS-CDC^®, USS-CDC HTQ^® and USS-LIBERTY TC^® connections.
